Die Trauben werden von Hand gelesen und auf dem Sortierband selektioniert. Die G\u00e4rung erfolgt im Stahltank, anschliessend reift der Wein zw\u00f6lf Monate in gebrauchten franz\u00f6sischen Eichenf\u00e4ssern.<br \/>\nIm Glas dunkel rubinrot. In der Nase floral und w\u00fcrzig, mit roten Beeren, sch\u00f6nen pfeffrigen Noten und einem feinen Hauch Rauch.
